"I CAN'T SEE YOU!" "PLEASE HOLD ONTO ME!"Have you ever said these statements or anything similar while unloading the kids from the van? Oh, it is a stressful thing sometimes to unload everyone, and worry about one of them getting hit by a car, or taken by some crazed lunatic!
I was so happy to see this great product for these very fears! The Parking Pal has made my life a little less stressful...especially now that spring/summer is here.
The Parking Pal is a magnet that you keep handy in your car. When you arrive at your destination, you pull out the Parking Pal, and place it on your vehicle. Then, you just tell your kids to put their hand on the hand. This is a great product to have kids focus on something. If they have something to put their focus on, they are less likely to wonder.
How the Parking Pal came to be:
One mother residing in Virginia began to think of ways to keep her kids focused so the chance of them bolting or wondering in parking lots would be eliminated. She created the Parking Pal and IT WORKED. Austin, her 5-year old, and Aiden, her 3-year old, love the Parking Pal. When getting out of or coming back to the vehicle they go directly to it, put their hand on it, fiddle around with it and chat with each other while she gets her youngest into his stroller or back into his car seat. Until all vehicles are equipped with back-up cameras and all until all drivers remember to pay careful attention in parking lots, this is a great aid in keeping your child safer.

I love the flower pal magnet - what a smart idea! My ADHD daughter could use this.
This is a great safety tool. It's difficult to keep my 2 year old from bolting away while I unload her baby brother. I usually unload him first just because he has to be carried and can't run off like she can. I cannot imagine how difficult it will be with three children in a few years! I like the fish pals design the most.
How fun, I like the dino and the flower. I would, however, have to wash the van...
What an AMAZING idea, I have found myself saying all sorts of things trying to get kids and groceries into the van!
Since I have 5 kids, I like all 5 designs.. one for each child so they wouldn't fight over whose was whose!!! :-) If i won 2 I'd definitely go and purchase the other 3

Kali ran from my hubby yesterday in a parking lot!! This would be very handy (no pun, lol). Anything that would help would be great. I tell her to help me hold the car so it would be wonderful to have something like this with a hand on it!

I love this idea. I have mostly older kids, but my youngest are under 2, so I want to make sure there is something out there that can keep them safe if I have to turn my back for a moment.

This is a GREAT idea! I've always told my son, and the little ones I watch "Put your hand on the car, and don't take it off until I say you can". These would be even better! They give a great, colorful option to just sticking their hands on the boring old car.

What a GREAT invention. Only a few weeks ago I and my sister were getting out of the car & Toys R Us with our kids. I told my nephew to stand by me while we got the babies out next thing I know a car horn is blaring and he was seriously within inches of the front bumper!!! SO SCARY - We really needed this then!
