Marshmallow shooters make a fun indoor & outdoor activity....Review & Giveaway!!

Marshmallows are a tasty treat, and they can be used in so many recipes! Have you ever thought of loading them and shooting them at people? I have heard of the good 'ol wooden marshmallow shooters...but I have been introduced to the new "gun" from Marshmallow Fun's classic toys:
I got the Classic Shooter in the Executive finish to review, and I must say that this marshmallow shooter is incredible! Nathaniel, my oldest, had a "blast" with it, as well as my other kids. The loading part is super easy...just drop in the marshmallows into the barrel...
Get ready to blast a few innocent folks... (really this isn't painful, ...seriously, it is a puff treat),
Get ready, aim, pump, and shoot!! Beware**this product will make you smile, and those you shoot will be happy...and fed!
Here is Madelyn anxiously awaiting her doom~ (as she is saying, "Hit me!") I think that these guns were made so well! Marshmallow shooters that I have seen needed to be blown out. This could be a dangerous way for kids, due to inhaling the marshmallows. Well, the Marshmallow Shooters from Marshmallow Fun Company are parent-designed (super safe). The tube that holds the marshmallows sits secure in the gun. This is beneficial for two reasons: keeps the marshmallows in a safe location for launching, and keeps out debris (rocks, sticks, sand, etc.) from getting into the marshmallows. The guns are made with such detail, that when it is loaded, it will not shoot anything that can't be compressed and reshape (like the marshmallow) so kids can't try other ammunition if they are curious.~~That is Genius!
My kids had such a fantastic time with this marshmallow shooter. I loved that it was so easy to load, and shoot. I think this product is a great indoor game/product for the kids to get some activity, role play, and just have a grand 'ol time. I really like that the parts to the shooters are washable (either by hand or dishwasher safe). This really makes this product stand out from other marshmallow shooters.

To buy any of these products, visit www.marshmallowville.com, or online at Hammacher Schlemmer, Toys R Us, Drugstore.com, and on Amazon.com.

About the company:
The award-winning marshmallow shooters have been seen on Hannah Montana, Rachael Ray, Good Morning America, The Jay Leno Show, and The Ellen DeGeneres Show. The idea for a marshmallow shooter came to Kim and Beaver Raymond and their son Jake when they were preparing for Jake’s 9th birthday party, almost 6 years ago. As a party favor, Jake and Beaver spent half the night assembling marshmallow blowers for each of the 15 guests from PVC pipe. Kim came up with the idea for marshmallows to be used as safe, soft, edible ammo.
The Raymonds, and their friend John delaValdene, spent many hours brainstorming about the great new kid's product: marshmallow shooters, and realized it could be a huge success! They sent their concept to friend and engineer, Jeff Mitchell, an accomplished gunsmith~ now another partner. The company’s first product was a Marshmallow Shooter.

Marshmallow Fun Company also has other great products like the Marshmallow Blower, Marshmallow Bow & Mallow, and the Executive Blaster. These products are recommended for ages 6 and up.

Our family loves the Executive shooter, and we happily recommend it for hours of fun to all who participate! Nothing like a good dose of marshmallow shots.

  72. "Today's Entry"

I think that this idea is better than a water gun! Water guns get messy, both outside and inside. And the cleaning up part can be unsettling, especially when drenched kids are involved! Of course, it is also better than wasting a bunch of water. I think this shooter is an excellent and much cleaner way to play. Not to mention more cost effective. Thanks again for the giveaway.
