Flower essences AND no sugar... what better way to hydrate both children and adults. I love that they are geared to the whole family. I look forward to trying them. My only big question though is the source of the waters.(filtered, 3 stage, mineral etc)( I read it was created in AU..) perhaps i missed that. Thanks for the giveaway so we can try it out!

If I want to minimize jet lag, when should I drink Water for Traveling - and how much should I drink??
ReplyDeleteFor medium to long haul flights drink 2 large bottles of Water for Traveling at least 2 hours before the flight. This teaches the body normality. So when you are in an abnormal condition (pressurized, dry cabin) and then try to return to normality (arrival), the body can readjust faster. For shorter flights (typically less than 2 hours), 1 large bottle is sufficient.
