Girl's pajama party

Well, it was a grand evening. On Friday night, I had 9 ladies over here. Only 4 stayed the night, but we had a great time. I did this "slumber party" last year, and it was a big success. I had a few of the same ones ask if I was going to do it again this year, so I thought, hey, why not? I think I will make it an annual event. It was fun to get together on Leap Day this year. Won't be able to do that for another 4 years.

We munched on some really yummy food (definitely not Weight Watcher friendly). Played a few games, and did some major yakking talking. I had hoped to do a foot spa night, too. I asked the ladies to bring their tubs/basins and bath salts. If they wanted, they could bring polish, too. I really am bummed we didn't get to that part of the evening. It is so nice to soak feet in the hot water.

A few of us stayed up until 2ish AM. That was pretty late. We played the sports games on the Wii and a few of us kicked up our heels on the Dance Praise2: the remix dance pad!
It was a great evening! I am already looking forward to next year! It is so great to get together with friends to reconnect, laugh, talk, and just spend good time together. Thanks ladies!
